EA announced on Monday that a single player demo for the highly anticipated Crysis is coming to PC on September 25.
The demo features the entire first level of the game's campaign mode and is said to include a "huge surprise" by developer Crytek.
Crysis is one of the most anticipated PC games of the year due to its unmatched visuals and having won several industry awards including Best PC Game at last week's Games Convention and Best PC Game of E3 2007 according to the Game Critics Awards.
Crysis will be "lighting up rigs" worldwide on November 16, 2007.

Having played the sp demo, and done some other work for the game.
I can not see myself spending money on the game. For me its to much of a learning curve, ( I could over come that I think) however with that and the Nano suit, which I think is neat, until you unload a full clip into a guy, and he comes up and punches you and your dead.

You should give it a try Budo, the games allows extreme customization like no others. Just make sure if you do purchase the game that you download the Editor too. This way you can make your own Singleplayer and Multiplayer levels/missions/etc. in your spare time.
